Our Team

Our team is dedicated to making sure every dog has the best possible day at The Doggy Den. From the moment they arrive until it's time to go home, we focus on keeping every pooch safe, happy, healthy, and well cared for in a fun, enriching daycare environment.

Dogs thrive on routine, social interaction, and positive guidance, which is why our experienced team works together to create a balanced, stimulating atmosphere where every dog can play, learn, relax, and build confidence at their own pace.

Meet our Pack Leaders

As ‘pack leaders’ our job is to make sure that your dog is having the best possible time during their day with us at The Doggy Den. We are here to keep your poochie safe, healthy, and well supported within the daycare environment.

Dogs are social pack animals. They are followers and do not naturally want to be a pack leader unless they feel the pack hasn’t got one. This is where our experienced, qualified, and confident Pack Leaders come into their own.

Our Pack Leaders are a breed of their own. They are dog MAD canine professionals. Our team of Pack Leaders hold professional Canine Care qualifications and hold years of working experience under their belts.

Matching our ‘packs’

Through consultation and our own knowledge of our packs, your dog will be matched with a pack leader. Each pack will consist of like-minded dogs of similar age, size, and/or energy level.

Your dog will play both inside and outside during the day, following our Pack Leaders enrichment plans. Socialisation is pre-determined to ensure no pet’s comfort, happiness, or well-being is ever at risk.

Meet our Play Team

Our Play Team are an invaluable resource at The Den when extra hands are needed. They are a group of very special canine cuddlers!

The Play Team are on hand to support our Pack Leaders. They helpnwith the delivery of training, exercise, fun, stimulation, love, and of course copious amounts of cuddles and strokes.

Our Play Team dedicate their days to ensuring your best friend is living their best life whilst with us. They are often studying doggy qualifications alongside their time with us, ensuring their theory work at college is supported by hands-on practical practice at The Den.
